JFWC was founded on 14 April 2013 and is registered as a Non-Profit Company (NPC 2014/157829/08). The church was birthed out of a vision that both Robin and Lisha had, to equip the saints for the work of the ministry and for the edifying of the body of Christ. The church began with just Robin, Lisha, Nathan and Daniel.

JFWC is currently a multi-racial contemporary charismatic church, which is situated at 7 Blairgowrie Road, Westville North, Durban, South Africa. Westville is situated about 20km from the heart of the Durban CBD and currently is home to about 50 000 residents.

Our goal is to teach the Bible with simplicity and understanding so that it may be applied to our everyday life in a practical and effective manner.

We want to equip believers so that they enjoy the promises of God in their personal lives, families, marriage, health, careers, business and ministry, so that they can be influential in their communities, city, country and the world.

Our church subscribes to being a place where Jesus is Lord, and we focus on worship, the Holy Spirit, the Word of God and strengthening  families. We simply love Jesus and people unconditionally.
